We are expanding and have a good network of contacts with distributors 3.000 + and distribute the number of products and services. With the dramatically growing and expanding, we are looking for dynamic candidates to join us and appropriate to achieve in reality.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Diploma / Degree in Any IT related discipline with a minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience of Technical Support Functions. Preferably a Candidate with Specialization in IT / Computer - Hardware or equivalent.Good knowledge of Windows Server 2008, Linux Server, networking, storage, anti-virus software and popular Windows-Based Applications is an advantage. 
• Good computer knowledge, creative in problem solving and customer service.
• Proficient in spoken and Written: Bahasa Inggeris, Chinese, English.Responsible, pleasant and independent. 
• Willing to Learned from, hardworking, Able to complete Tasks Within the timeline given.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision. 
• Full-Time positions available.      
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply Candidate.

 DESCRIPTIONS:

• Computer hardware and software installation Assembly.
• To provide support to the users on the IT Services
• Responsible for systems support and technical support for the organization's desktops, laptops and servers. 
• To Interact with the users over the phone, via email and provide the necessary IT Support Services.
